EOT Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What is the End of Trip (EoT) construction timeline?
A. The EoT works will commence October 2021 and be completed by September 2022. The works will be completed in stages to minimise disruption to our customers and surrounding residents and businesses

Q. Where is the new EoT located?
A. The new EoT will be located in the current B1 executive car park. The existing EoT is in the B2 executive car park.

Q. Why are we getting a new EoT facility?
A. Central Park is committed to continually improving our offering and providing a premium business environment for our customers. Last year, we transformed our lobby and conference centre, and we are working on improving our façade and fitness centre as we speak. The new EoT will align with these refurbishments, enhancing our property to provide a modern and fresh facility that provides our customers with access to state-of-the-art amenities.

Q. What will the new EoT look like?
A. The brand-new EoT will align with Central Park’s elegant, modern and light style. Customers can expect to see Spanish limestone floor contrasting with stone countertops, warm lighting features, light-tone woods and fabrics. The EoT will feature a modern cool down lounge and a central lounge with a water station, hydration point, a TV and background music. Customers will also have access to a drying room, and ironing stations within each changeroom. Artistic renders capturing the new facility can be viewed here.

Q. How will the EoT improve Central Park’s customer experience?
A. Our recent tenant survey revealed that our customers wanted more lockers and showers in the EoT. The new EoT facility will fulfill this request, with 644 lockers across the male, female and UAT/DDA changerooms, as well as day lockers inside the shared space. For customer security, the lockers will be controlled by access cards or via a pin code system (this is still to be determined). There will be 10 female changeroom showers, 12 male changeroom showers and one UAT/DDA changeroom shower. Additionally, there will be more bike storage space than ever before, with additional bike racks to accommodate up to 289 bikes. We have also introduced five electric bike charging stations in the bike storage area. There will be a number of improved features for our customers to enjoy, including a cycling vending machine, bike repair zone, and a new shoe-shine area. Members will also experience the popular lobby signature scent “Lotus Zen” in the facility. To enable greater convenience for our customers, the new EoT will still maintain direct building access via the central core lift and spiral staircase.

Q. Will the new EoT accommodate recumbent bicycles?|
A. Yes, there are two bays dedicated to recumbent bicycles at the end of the bicycle corridor.

Q. Who will have access to the EoT facility?
A. The EoT facility is for all registered Central Park customers - not just our cyclists. Customers can register for EoT access here.

Q. What will be the opening hours of the new EoT facility?
A. The EoT is available 24/7 to our customers. To gain access to the EoT, register here https://portal.centralparktower.com.au/login/

Q. Will the new EoT still provide the same services – such as fresh towels?
A. Our customer’s favourite services will still be available in the new EoT, including the Bike Dr. services and complimentary towel services via an increased number of towel pickup and drop points throughout the facility.

Q. Will the EoT works affect the carpark?
A. The B2 Executive and B3 car park and customer access points will not be affected by the works. Customers that park in B1 Executive will be contacted and have their car park relocated.

Q. Will the EoT works affect any lifts and stairs?
A. There will be brief stages where the internal building staircase and lifts are closed for the lift lobby construction works. More information will be communicated on alternate routes to access in and out of the building.

Q. Will there be any noisy works during office hours?
A. Major works are planned to occur outside of regular office hours. However, there will be times where noise will travel to the lobby, carpark and surrounding areas. Customers will be notified of noisy works.

Q. Will the current B2 EoT facility be closed while works are underway?
A. Except for a short period of time near the end of the construction period, the current B2 Ride and Park End of Trip will remain accessible and functioning until the new facility is ready for our customers.

Q. How will you communicate to customers about what works are occurring and when?
A. Customers will receive regular communications from Central Park Management via email. To receive our regular communications, customers are encouraged to sign up to the Central Park portal here. Signage will also be displayed in and around the building to provide information.

Q. Who do I contact if I’m experiencing any issues during the works?
A. Please contact Central Park Management on 9481 8000 or reception@centralparktower.com.au, if you experience issues accessing the building or have any further queries about the works.
