Taking inspiration from well-known novelist Ernest Hemingway's life, the delicious food menu is designed by Daniel Lim of Arrival Hall fame.
Offering beautiful, sustainable and seasonable food, the menu boasts out-of-the-box lunch options such as Crab & Prawn BLTs, Spanish Potato & Chorizo Pancakes and a Lobster Roll special on Fridays. A nod to some of WA’s top suppliers, Hemingway will be creating its dine in or takeaway menu utilising quality produce from some of Perth’s favourites, North Street Store, Raisin Bakery and Miller & Baker.
