Mindful in May

Explore our Zen Zone with beautiful lush plants and an area for you to enjoy yoga and meditation and mindfulness activities. We have a tea station, journals and mindful colouring activities. 

We will be exploring the art of mindfulness through a range of activities to benefit your mind and body for clearer, more focused thinking. These include:

  • Neck and Shoulder Massages
  • Meditation
  • Yoga
  • Mobility, Flexibility and Stability classes
  • Acu-Treatment
  • Nutrition Workshops
  • Nutrition: Fact vs Fiction Presentation 
  • Stress and Sleep Presentation
  • Mindfulness tips each week including: guided mediation, journalling activities, tea ceremony activities and guided mediations.
