The 2019 annual HBF Run for a Reason will be held on Sunday 19 May starting in the Perth CBD with some 35,000 plus participants marshalling along Murray, Hay and William Streets from 5am and finishing in Gloucester Park.
Please note there will be road closures – William St in the City will be closed from midnight to 11.00am with other road closures in the CBD and along the three routes starting at 4.00am. All roads in the CBD and along the three routes will be open by 12.00noon.
Snap Fitness Half marathon – starts at 6.45am, down William, right into Riverside Drive and along Mounts Bay Rd and Hackett Drive before returning to join the 12k course contraflow up the Mitchell Freeway Riverside Drive off ramp.
Blackmores 12k course – starts at 8.00am down William, contraflow right onto Mitchell Freeway Riverside Drive offramp, continue north in southbound lanes, along Farmer Freeway westbound lanes, through Burswood Peninsula along Victoria Park Drive and Camfield Drive, along the Causeway eastbound lanes, over Hay St into Gloucester Park.
Commonwealth Bank 4k course – start at 9.00am down William, left into St Georges Terrace, right into Barrack St south bound lanes, left into Riverside Drive eastbound lanes, over Adelaide Terrace and Hay St and on into Gloucester Park.
