Be Mindful in May! Research shows that mindfulness can help you manage mental health and stress while increasing your productivity and performance in the workplace.
We will be exploring the art of mindfulness through a range of activities throughout May to benefit your mind and body for clearer, more focused thinking.
- Immerse yourself in Mandala - Colouring-in is a great way to access moments of mindfulness outside the traditional methods. Immersing yourself in play-based activities like colouring-in can be like practicing a mindful meditation. Experience these mindful moments in the lobby from 16 May through to 27 May 2022 in the zen zone where there will be a large colouring-in Mandala Wall for you to enjoy - solo or with your colleagues. There is no need to complete the mandala, just colour at your own time, at your own pace.
- Neck and Shoulder chair massage - a 15 minute head and shoulder massage to unwind and relax your mind. Enjoy gentle guided meditations with headsets that are provided during every massage. Finish your massage off with complimentary herbal teas and essential oils spritz. Book here
- Journaling and Meditation Workshop - Learn about the mindful benefits of journaling and meditation with Kylie Falconer. At this journaling and meditation workshop, you will be guided through the practical tips of automated writing and partake in a meditative session focussed on slowing down your nervous system through breath.
