It’s Christmas time at Central Park and we’ve got plenty of family-friendly events and activities planned to get you in the festive spirit. From Christmas Markets to the Rio Tinto Christmas Lights Trail, there’s something for everyone at Central Park.

1. Christmas Markets
On the 4th and 5th of December, we’ll be hosting our annual outdoor Christmas Markets from 11am to 2pm. Expect gifts, artisan delicacies, festive eateries, ice cream and hot food. Explore a wide variety of stalls, including The Bavarian Pretzel, Mind Ya Matcha, Timber Toys, Flower + Flo and many more.
But that’s not all. The markets will also feature live entertainment and music, as well as prizes, gift giveaways from Mrs Claus and a gold coin donation gift-wrapping station in support of the Happiness Co Foundation.

2. Christmas Workshops
Across three days, we’ll be hosting a series of fun and interactive workshops where you can create your own Christmas decorations. At each workshop, you’ll be provided with all necessary materials, and guided through the process by your expert host.
Tuesday 10 December - Christmas Tinsel Wreaths
In this workshop, you’ll design a wreath, select the perfect colour combo and put everything together to create a finished Christmas wreath that’s ready to hang on your front door as soon as you get home.

Wednesday 11 December - Hand Painted Baubles
Add a personal touch to your Christmas tree with your very own hand-painted bauble.

Thursday 12 December - Mini-Lit Christmas Houses
Ready to add a magical addition to your Christmas decorations? Create your very own Mini-Lit Christmas House.

3. Rio Tinto Christmas Lights Trail
From the 22nd of November until the 1st of January, the City of Perth Christmas Lights Trail will showcase 20 unique, large-scale light installations across Northbridge and the City. Proudly sponsored by Rio Tinto, the trail is the perfect way to explore our City of Light during this magical time of the year.
Central Park will be hosting a “Grazing Reindeer” lighting installation in our lush inner-city parklands. Make sure to visit with friends, family, or colleagues for a unique Christmas photo!

4. Christmas Donations
This Christmas, we’re teaming up with Give Write, a charity that helps school children get the most out of their education.
You can either make a cash donation via our Christmas wishing box or donate new, near-new or slightly re-loved stationery items via our donation box. Both boxes are located near the Concierge desk.

5. Celebrate Christmas at Central Park
