Central Park aims to create a healthier and more productive workplace by offering a range of health and wellbeing services exclusive to the building. Our Ride and Park facility provides you with a variety of amenities including:

Bike racks

241 Bicycle racks, both of the horizontal and vertical type

Change rooms

Temperature controlled change rooms with 5 Male, 3 Female and 1 UAT showers


397 large and small lockers – 310 Male, 85 Female and 2 Unisex

Towel service

A complimentary fresh towel service

Utility area

A utility area with an ironing board, clothes dryer, vending machine and water cooler

Drying room

A drying room to hang up active wear and damp towels

Bike repair bench

A work bench and work area to assist in any minor repairs needed


Restricted access via security access cards and only available to Central Park tenants

Ride and Park

The facility is available to all occupants of the building at no cost. To register for use of the facility, you will need to read and accept the Terms and Conditions. Once you have registered, access will be enabled via your access card.

To gain a locker, please register your interest by completing this form. Lockers are allocated every 2 months and are based on usage with the most regular users receiving an invitation to take up a locker when they become available.

There are 2 sizes of lockers available, Large and Small (shoe sized) lockers. Large lockers are limited, therefore if space isn’t a concern please tick the option for a small locker.

Please note: there is a one-off, non-refundable fee of $50.00 for a locker. Locker allocation is not guaranteed to all regular users and is subject to availability.

Central Park Management allows you to enter and use the End of Trip facilities at your own risk and for the intended purpose on the condition that you comply with these Terms and Conditions, obey all posted notices and take due care not to damage the facility. Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions, may result in cancellation of your use and access to the facilities.

Clothing, towels and footwear are not to be left exposed in the facility but can be hung in the drying room or placed in the lockers. Any clothing left out will be collected, placed in a lost clothing box and disposed of within a week.

Bicycle locks are not to be left on the bike rack but can be left on the lock rails which have been provided for this purpose. Locks left on the bike racks will be removed and disposed of.

Bicycles are not to be taken into the passenger lifts. Access into and out of the basement shall be via the respective driveway ramps.

Cyclists are advised to use caution and to follow the dedicated cycle path at all times when entering or exiting via the ramps. Cyclists must travel in the direction of the traffic flow and adhere to the posted speed limits.

Central Park Management accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of any bicycles and other equipment left in the End of Trip facility.

The bicycle racks are intended for short term storage of bicycles only. Central Park Management reserves the right to dispose of any bicycle that is abandoned in the facility. Bicycles that have not been used or moved for 3 months will be considered abandoned.

Central Park Management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and / or terminate your agreement with Central Park for the use of the facility.
