Central Park is WELL Health-Safety accredited

From handwashing support and cleaning practices to health services and air and water quality monitoring protocols, Central Park is working hard to support the health and safety of everyone who walks through the door.

As a result of these efforts, we’re pleased to announce that Central Park has earned the WELL Health-Safety Rating, awarded by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).

The WELL Health-Safety Rating is an evidence-based, third-party verified rating for all new and existing buildings, focusing on operational policies, maintenance protocols, stakeholder engagement and emergency plans to address a post-COVID-19 environment now and into the future.

Being awarded the WELL Health-Safety Rating reaffirms our commitment to the health and safety of our tenants, your staff and visitors alike, here at Central Park.

We know that the past twelve months have brought a looming uncertainty. For this reason, we’re dedicated to supporting you through these times during and the for a safe transition back to the office, in this new norm by implementing these safety and health measures.

The WELL Health-Safety Rating accreditation follows Central Park’s achievement in securing a 5-star NABERS Energy Base Building, 4-star NABERS Water rating and 4 Green Star rating.

The NABERS accreditations support our commitment to minimising the Central Park’s impact on the environment.
