The Park

At the base of Central Park lies a green oasis for our tenants, their visitors and the general public alike. This parkland is a popular spot for lunchtime breaks and coffee catchups.

Step outside the office and you’ll find a sprawling 2500m2 green space at Central Park’s base – in fact, it’s the only of its kind in the CBD. Here you can recharge and soak up the daily rhythm of life – whether that’s over a coffee, leisurely lunch, or even at one of our community markets.

The Park provides a unique venue in the CBD for a variety of events throughout the year including free lunchtime entertainment, community and charity events for tenants and visitors. There are picnic blankets, beanbags and a giant chess board game available free for tenants’ use.

The Park Market

Markets are held in the park in the lead up to Christmas , offering hand-made and unique gift buying opportunities. On Fridays in the summer, the park hosts musicians and entertainers, making it a relaxing and fun place to meet friends or colleagues for some local entertainment.
