Taking business to the top
Since its foundation in 1992, Central Park has held the position as Perth’s most iconic business address, not only as its tallest building, but as a hub that has fuelled commerce in WA throughout the 1990s and beyond.
Designed by iconic Perth architectural firm, Forbes and Fitzhardinge, its creators envisioned an angular, geometric and striking building that would forever shape and redefine the city’s skyline. From its soaring glass canopy, to its podium towers, and the sprawling park at its base, Central Park is unlike any other building in Perth.
As some of the premier businesses from across the country and indeed the world based themselves at Central Park, the building bore witness to the rise and rise of the economy throughout the mid 1990s to the mining boom and beyond.
Today, the building’s space is being reimagined to usher in a new era of business that will continue this legacy.
