Be Mindful in May! Research shows that mindfulness can help you manage mental health and stress while increasing your productivity and performance in the workplace.

We will be exploring the art of mindfulness through a range of activities throughout May to benefit your mind and body for clearer, more focused thinking while spreading awareness and education on the benefits of mindfulness.

LUNCH & LEARN WORKSHOPS
Each week, Ann Manifis, a Leadership & Wellbeing Coach, will be delivering the below topics. She is dedicated to empowering high performers to lead purpose-driven lives while effortlessly prioritising their wellbeing. With over two decades of experience in the corporate sector, Ann offers a unique perspective shaped by her personal journey of navigating the high-stress corporate environment while steadfastly maintaining a work/life balance. Her focus on health, mindset, and energy management stems from firsthand experiences, making her approach relatable and effective.

Workshop 1: Breaking the Burnout Cycle: Building Resilience for Success
Stop getting stressed about work and learn to CHILL. We all know that you perform better at work and function best for yourself and your family when you’re thriving, happy, and calm. But with the demands of work, sometimes stress gets the better of us. In this practical workshop, Ann will share the tools and resources she has used with high profile CEO’s, CFO’s and Directors to manage stress effectively, leave work at work, and how to handle challenges without causing a stress response in your body so that you can be the cool, calm collected one in the office.

Workshop 2: Boosting Energy & Productivity: Optimal Nutrition for Work
Find yourself yawning in meetings? Wishing you could duck home at midday for a nap? Have you ever considered that what you’re eating might be the cause… because it is. In this practical workshop, she will be sharing my secrets on how to fuel your mind and body to have more energy at work and out-perform everyone in your office. Ann will share with you her simple and fast strategies to hack your nutrition and supercharge your productivity.

Workshop 3: Finding Serenity: Mindfulness Techniques for a Hectic World
Work and life have never been more hectic. In this fast-paced world, we can often feel anxious, overwhelmed, and chaotic, but it doesn’t have to be this way. If you’ve been suffering from stress and anxiety, this workshop is for you.
Ann will be sharing practical tools to nurture inner peace, find calm in the chaos, and reduce anxiety levels so you can thrive in work and life. This workshop will leave you feeling invigorated and refreshed.

Workshop 4: Nailing Accountability and Consistency
You know that you need to cultivate better habits and make them stick. You’re done with eating poorly, feeling stressed and anxious, and overworking. You know that something needs to change. In this interactive workshop, you’ll transform your well-being practices into lifelong habits. Ann will be sharing techniques for staying accountable to your goals, no matter what life throws your way, and practical tools to cultivate a sustainable and fulfilling well-being routine.
