Join us for wellness workshops and complimentary yoga to benefit your mind and body and celebrate Mental Health Month in October.

Workshop 1: Pre-emptive Mental Health & Happiness by Julian Place Founder/CEO of Happiness Co

The MindBody Lounge, is the first of its kind. Brought together by the Founders Todd Cahoon, Mark Iriks and Julian Pace, The Mind Body Lounge has been created to help people achieve balance and performance throughout seven elements of optimization. “Mind, oxygen, movement, nutrients, cold, heat and compression.”

Treatment-experiences range from infrared sauna, to cryotherapy and hyperbaric chamber oxygen therapy. Find out more here
