GUIDED & SOUND MEDITATION

Learn techniques for the busy person, to help optimise performance, focus and relieve anxiety and stress. Session by: Tenille Bentley, an internationally award winning mindfulness and wellbeing expert.

This workshop offers an introduction to aromatherapy, essential oil uses and safety. You will create your own aromatherapy oil blend (roll on) to take home. Aromatherapy is well known to promote health and well-being and reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety.There is no experience needed. You will be given all the materials required to make your own aromatherapy oil.
